  • QLow density polyethylene (LDPE) blown film is too sticky, poor opening

    A
    cause of issue:

    ① resin raw material type is not right, not blown film grade low density polyethylene resin particles, which does not contain the opening agent or the low content of the opening agent;
    ② molten resin temperature is too high, too much liquidity;
    ③ the inflation ratio is too large, resulting in poor film opening;
    ④ cooling rate is too slow, the film cooling is insufficient, under the action of the pressure of the traction roller adhesion;

    ⑤ traction too fast.

    Solution:

    ① replace the resin raw materials, or to the fighting to add a certain amount of open agent;
    ② appropriate to reduce the extrusion temperature and resin temperature;
    ③ appropriate to reduce the inflation ratio;
    ④ increase the air volume, improve the cooling effect, speed up the film cooling rate;

  • QThe film is wrinkled

    A
    cause of issue:
    ① film thickness is not uniform;
    ② cooling effect is not enough;

    ④ the angle of the splint is too large, the bubble in the short distance was flattened, so the film is also prone to wrinkles;

    Solution:
    ① adjust the thickness of the film to ensure uniform thickness;
    ② improve the cooling effect, to ensure that the film can be fully cooled;

    ④ appropriate to reduce the angle of the word splint;
    ⑤ adjust the pressure of the traction roller to ensure uniform force of the film;

  • QThe film has poor longitudinal tensile strength

  • QFilm transparency is low

    cause of issue:

  • QThe thickness of the film is thick

    ① die gap and extrusion volume is too large, so the film thickness is thick;
    ② cooling air ring air volume is too large, the film cooling too fast;

    Solution:
    ① adjust the die gap;
    ② appropriate to reduce the air volume of the air ring, so that the film further inflated, so that the thickness of some thinner;

    ③ appropriate to improve the speed of traction.


  • QFilm thickness is not uniform

    A
    cause of issue:
    ① uniformity of the mouth gap directly affect the film thickness uniformity, if the die gap is not uniform, some parts of the gap is larger, some parts of the gap is smaller, resulting in the amount of extrusion is less, therefore, the formation of The film thickness is also inconsistent, some parts of thin, some parts of the thick;
    ② die temperature distribution is uneven, with high and low, so that after the blown thin film thickness uneven;
    ③ cooling air around the air volume is inconsistent, resulting in uneven cooling effect, so that the thickness of the film appears uneven phenomenon;
    ④ inflation ratio and traction ratio is not appropriate, so that the film thickness is not easy to control;
    ⑤ traction speed is not constant, constantly changing, which of course will affect the thickness of the film.

    Solution:
    ① adjust the nose gap to ensure uniformity of the same place;
    ② adjust the nose die port temperature, so that the mold part of the temperature uniform;
    ③ adjust the cooling device to ensure that the outlet of the air volume uniform;
    ④ adjust the inflation ratio and traction ratio;
    ⑤ Check the mechanical transmission so that the traction speed is kept constant.
  • QFilm with misty watermark

    cause of issue:
    ① extrusion temperature is low, resin plastic poor;
    ② resin moisture, moisture content is too high.

    Solution:
    ① Adjust the temperature setting of the extruder and increase the extrusion temperature as appropriate.

    ② the resin raw materials drying, the general requirements of the water content of the resin can not exceed 0.3%.




  • QThe thickness of the film is thin

    A
    cause of issue:
    ① die gap is too small, the resistance is too large, so thin film thickness;
    ② cooling air ring air volume is too small, the film cooling too slow;
    ③ traction speed is too fast, the film stretched too much, so that the thickness of thinning.

    Solution:
    ① adjust the die gap;
    ② appropriate increase the air volume of the wind ring to speed up the cooling of the film;

    ③ appropriate to reduce the speed of traction.


  • QPoor heat sealing of the film

    A
    cause of issue:
    ① dew point is too low, the polymer molecules orientation, so that the performance of the film close to the orientation film, resulting in reduced heat sealing performance;
    ② blowout ratio and traction ratio is not appropriate (too large), the film tensile orientation, thus affecting the film's heat sealing performance.

    Solution:
    ① adjust the size of the air ring in the wind, so that the dew point a little higher, as far as possible in the plastic melting point under the inflation and traction to reduce the inflation and traction caused by molecular stretching orientation;
    ② blowout ratio and traction ratio should be appropriate smaller, if the inflation ratio is too large, and the traction speed is too fast, the film transverse and longitudinal stretching too much, then the film will make the performance tend to two-way stretch, Heat sealing will be worse.
  • QThe membrane bubble is unstable

    ① Extrusion temperature is too high, the flow of molten resin is too large, the viscosity is too small, prone to fluctuations;

    ③ cooling air ring of the air volume is unstable, bubble bubble is not uniform;

    ① adjust the extrusion temperature;

  • QThin film transverse tensile strength is poor

    cause of issue:
